1. Introduction
Welcome to StoreBeams! Your privacy matters to us. This Privacy Policy explains how VitoshaTech Ltd. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use the StoreBeams mobile application (“App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to the terms of this policy.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information Collected by the App
Device Identifier
We automatically collect a unique device identifier (Device ID) solely to deliver push notifications via our third-party service provider, PushWhoosh.
We do not collect any other personal data (e.g., name, email, phone number) within the App itself.
2.2 Information Collected in Web Views
When you open a shop’s website within our in-App web view, you may be subject to that shop’s own data collection practices. All partnered shops run on the Sellavi e-commerce platform (https://www.sellavi.com/) , which is GDPR-compliant.
Cookies & Tracking Technologies
Sellavi’s cookie banner appears to manage your cookie preferences. Depending on your choices, Sellavi may collect browsing behavior, analytics, and other personal data necessary for their services (e.g., remembering login, cart contents, or showing personalized offers).
Promotions & Orders
If you choose to create an account or place an order on a shop’s site, that shop (not Store Beams and thus not Vitoshatech Ltd.) will collect and process data such as your name, shipping/billing address, payment details, and order history.
3. How We Use Your Information
Push Notifications
We use your Device ID solely to send you promotional and transactional notifications for shops you subscribe to.
App Functionality
To maintain your subscriptions list and track which shops you’ve favorited.
4. Sharing & Disclosure
Third-Party Service Providers
We share your Device ID with PushWhoosh (https://www.pushwoosh.com/ for notification delivery. PushWhoosh’s use of your data is governed by their privacy policy.
Shop Owners & Administrators
When you subscribe to a shop, that shop owner (via our admin panel) learns only that the Device ID is subscribed; no other personal identifiers are shared by us.

We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or valid legal request
5. Data Retention
We retain your Device ID only as long as you remain subscribed to at least one shop or until you uninstall the App and request deletion. Shop websites retain your data as per their own retention policies (detailed in each shop’s privacy notice via Sellavi).

All shops on Store Beams operate on Sellavi (https://www.sellavi.com/). Please review Sellavi’s privacy policy for details on how they process personal data.

7. Your Rights & Choices
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold (Device ID).
- Rectification: Ask us to correct any inaccuracies.
- Deletion: Request erasure of your Device ID from our systems.
- Restriction: Ask us to limit processing of your data.
- Objection: Object to processing for marketing purposes.
- Withdraw Consent: You can unsubscribe from shop notifications at any time within the App or by revoking notification permissions in your device settings.

8. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your Device ID against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
9. Children’s Privacy
Our App is not intended for use by children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have collected data from a child under 16, please contact us to have it deleted.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will post the revised version here with an updated “Effective Date.” Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
